The Expression of Line and Colour

The workshop “The Expression of Line and Colour” builds on the exhibition “The Expression of the Body” and on the oeuvre of Anka Krizmanić, exploring the relationship between line, movement and colour as key elements of visual expression. The programme begins with a guided tour of the exhibition, during which participants will get to know the specific features of the artist’s work, her expressiveness and her visual language.
Through practical work, participants will experiment with the rhythm of lines, with contrasts and with colour harmony, developing their own visual expression and sensitivity to the visual elements that shape a work of art.
The workshop is led by the museum educator Irma Besednik and is intended for children aged 6 to 10, with the possibility of adapting the concept to different age groups.
