Culture in Zagreb is not confined to the city centre. Some of the city’s landmark projects are located well beyond the downtown area, yet remain very much at the heart of the action – in places where the city feels alive, authentic and true to itself. Whether north or south of the River Sava, or out towards the suburbs, the cultural offerings are unique, engaging and without doubt worth a visit.
