Half an Instant of a Life
Exhibition
The exhibition “Half an Instant of a Life” reflects the visual fascinations of the graphic designer and artist Vjeran Juhas, which are brought into relation with objects from the holdings of the Museum of Arts and Crafts. Through the media of Polaroid photography, illustration, prints and written notes, Juhas examines creative processes and focuses on the effects that art provokes in the viewer. At the same time, the selection of objects from the museum collections testifies on a symbolic level to the enduring nature of artistic preoccupations with the themes of memory, remembrance and unpredictability in art, which are characteristic of Juhas’s work. The exhibition is open from August 19th to September 9th in the MUO Gallery.
