We Are the Flowers!

Alongside the floral and sound installation Sag Mir Wo Die Blumen Sind? by the Blumen studio, a herbarium-making workshop will be held, led by its author Vanja Blumenšajn. In the décor of the Gvozdanović Palace there is hardly an object without floral elements (from the walls, furniture, paintings and tableware to the vases), so a floral workshop is a logical choice. Participants will receive a card with a printed motif which they will complete with pressed flowers and plants prepared for this occasion by the Botanical Art Studio Cvjetni Put. The workshops are simple and enjoyable, and participants may take the card they have made home with them.
In parallel, as an answer to the question in the title of the installation (Sag Mir Wo Die Blumen Sind?), the MUO Education Department will run workshops offering one possible answer: children are the “Blumen”, that is, they represent the hope of a better tomorrow. Participants will make flowers out of various materials, with which we will gradually build a – hopefully – optimistic installation.

Notes:
Registrations will be accepted for every 30 minutes, for 10 participants each (10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30, 12:00, 12:30, 13:00, 13:30).
The workshops are suitable for all ages.
