Guided exhibition “ORGAN VIDA 14: Happy Spiraling“

Guided exhibition tour
Limited capacity – sign up required

This year’s edition of Organ Vida, titled Happy Spiraling, seeks to find meaning in an everyday life oversaturated with images. We ask how contemporary visual culture reflects reality, but also how it actively produces it: how it shapes the ways in which we see and understand the world and make art. The works on show grapple in various ways with the oversaturated digital world, whether by exposing how it manipulates and exhausts us, or by destabilising it through subversion, playing with it cleverly, mocking it or escaping from it. Organ Vida 14 includes: the finalists’ exhibition (Jaana-Kristiina Alakoski, Madeleine Andersson, Aurélie Bayad, Maja Bojanić & Brin Žvan, Hiiona Choi, Jame St Findlay, Hertta Kiiski, Irma Name, Rafael Roncato, Gedvilė Tamošiūnaitė); a large solo exhibition by the French artist Julie Béna, Mamac; a solo exhibition by Kevin Osepa, Ocho Día. Eight Days, Nine Nights, curated by Daria Tuminas; a solo exhibition by the Swiss artist Sara De Brito Faustino, House Without a Roof; and an exhibition by the Croatian artist Paula Tončić, winner of the Marina Viculin Award 2025/2026.
