Museum Wellbeing Reset
Museum Wellbeing Reset in the atrium of the Croatian Natural History Museum is an experiential programme conceived as a space of slowing down, regeneration and return to inner balance. In a unique museum setting, participants go through a guided process that combines mindful movement, breathing and sound therapy, creating a holistic experience of relaxation of body and mind.
The main part of the programme is led by Ana Sirovina through sound therapy. Using Tibetan and crystal bowls, gongs and other harmonic instruments, the space is filled with layered sound waves that have a calming effect on the nervous system. Sound is experienced not only through hearing but also through bodily vibration, creating a sense of immersion and inner harmonisation.
The programme concludes with a gradual integration and return to a waking state, with a gentle resumption of movement and a short reflection on feelings. Museum Wellbeing Reset allows participants to step briefly out of the accelerated rhythm of everyday life and, in a safe, carefully designed space, to experience a state of deep calm, clarity and inner balance through a combination of movement, silence and sound.
Please bring your own mat and a bottle of water.
