Who Is Petrica Kerempuh?

Workshop
Limited capacity – sign up required

Through a short expert introduction, participants will get to know the character of Petrica Kerempuh, the tradition of puppetry and different types of puppets and theatrical forms. Special emphasis will be placed on shadow theatre and the possibilities of storytelling through light and movement.
In the practical part of the workshop, participants will make their own figures for shadow theatre inspired by characters from Prigorje stories, animals and fantastical creatures. At the end of the workshop, participants will jointly devise short scenes and try out a mini shadow theatre.
