Perica or tenka gibanica: a gathering, a conversation and breakfast the Kajkavian way

Petrica? Or Perica? Those who know, know. And those who don’t will find out right here.
As part of the Zagreb Museum Weekend we invite you to a gathering with the Kajkavian word, conversation, stories from Prigorje and, of course, tenka gibanica (a thin local layered pastry).
The programme is led by our gastro-storyteller Darko Židak, and around the table we will talk about the language, customs, people and everyday life of our region. Because some things are best understood when they are not only recounted but also tasted. Perica. Or tenka gibanica. And Petrica loved it too!
